In 1939 Butlins Holiday camps were requisitioned by the War Office for military use. After finding a memorial to 'HMS Royal Arthur' during a family holiday to Butlin's Skegness I was determined to learn more about its wartime use. Join me as we look back at Billy Butlin and his wartime experience.
