San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer promised to create a new position at the city uncover and wrangle San Diego's data. Meet Maksim Pecherskiy, the 28-year-old was selected for the $100,000 a year gig. Not even a month into the job and he was already posting his code for city projects online for free.
