The patients with moderate amount of Knee Arthritis the age group usually is between 40 to 50 years, Arthritis is a phenomenon which is commonly seen because knee is not a ball and socket joint, it is a very proselyte shaped joint which is made for where it is not made to last as a result of evolution the cost of man Standing upright in the walking is the Knee Arthritis because of the abnormally shaped join, so this happens to almost everybody in the age between 40 to 50 years. The patients coming to me with moderate amount of Arthritis pain, Swelling in the knee joint, some patients complain of crackling noise is which is heard on climbing up and down the stairs, pain on squatting sitting crossed leg and they are unable to do the floor activities like using Indian style of toilet, so all these sort of issues are quite common in this age group. The are various treatment options for moderate Arthritis of the knee. First being use of anti inflammatory medication which help us subside that acute phase of pain where in the patient is unable to move a walk. Apart from that what we can use is physiotherapist for the patient in the form of wax bath, short wave diathermy, ultrasonic massage to reduce the pain. The third option is cartilage regeneration medication which are available which will help us prolong the life of the knee joint. Fourth option being Intra Articular hydraulic acid injection which will help giving some amount of life let's say 6 months to 1 year to the knee joint.
