In this episode, I get right into some of the duties as a mom, fitness aside. Juggling 3 young boys is not an easy task, but with some organization and planning, some things can get accomplished. From morning to night, creating balance of self-care and "momming" (mostly momming) keeps a healthy mindset and purpose.
Check out some of our daily and not-so-daily tasks, that hold us together until the end of the night when I can finally pour that glass of wine!
