Maui Meadows sits up on the hillside right above Wailea. About this neighborhood: half acre lots, lots of land, been around since the early ’70s, still lots available to build on there, over 600 homes. There are no CC&Rs that are in effect. It’s a little bit more eclectic. There are pole homes, contemporary homes — all kinds of different homes and situations there. There are lots of properties that have cottages and Ohanas.
