Greek Oven Baked Sea Bream Recipe

This Sea Bream Recipe with lemon, extra virgin olive oil, a bit o garlic, and of course oregano is a great no fuss dish to try this week. Sea Bream, or as we call it in Greece “Tsipoura”. This Sea Bream Recipe is easy to cook. Sea bream is rich in iron and vitamins, so it’s a great choice to include in your diet.
Ingredients:
1200gr.fresh sea bream (3 medium or 4 small)
For the Mixture:
2 garlic gloves (fine chopped)
3-4 tablespoon fresh parsley (fine chopped)
2 tablespoon olive oil
3 lemon slices (cut in half)
For the backing:
Kosher salt,pepper,olive oil, lemon juice
For the dressing:
60ml.olive oil
50gr.lemon juice
2 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon water
salt
