Recipe
Wash the CHICKEN place it in a cooker
Add
ONION, TOMATO,GINGER,GARLIC, CORIANDER LEAVES,
CINNAMON STICK,STAR ANISE, CARDAMOM,CLOVES, FENNEL, SHA JEERA, CORIANDER POWDER,CHILLI POWDER, TURMERIC POWDER, GARAM MASALA,SALT
to the chicken and mix it well( no need to add water)
Keep it on medium flame for 1 whistle.
Then remove the extra pressure and open the cooker
And add washed BASMATI RICE. Mix well.
Keep the cooker with lid off on medium flame for 2-3 minutes and close the lid and keep it for 5-7 minutes on very low flame.
Once the pressure is released you can open the lid and enjoy the easy lazy biriyani.
Note: Once chicken is cooked it produce water from the chicken.l itself So i haven't used extra water for rice.
