In this video I will show you how I make special Nihari in an Instant Pot or any other Multi-function cooker.
I have used Shan Nihari Mix but you can use Nihari mix of your choice (Shan, National, or any other brand).

This is a very easy recipe to make delicious Nihari which everyone in your family will love.

Ingredients
600g lamb or mutton
Shan Nihari box
1 tsp each of ginger and garlic paste
1 large onion sliced
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup plain flour
Lemon for garnishing
Ginger for garnishing
Green chillies for garnishing
Cilantro for garnishing

Instant Pot settings:
Step 1: Caramelizing onions and frying mutton/lamb
- Mode: Saute, Level: More, Time: 15min (increase time as required)

Step 2: Pressure cooking:
- Mode: Pressure Cook, Level: Normal, Time: 10min

Step 3: Further cooking (without lid)
- Mode: Saute, Level: Less, Time: 30min
