We are back with another segment of CHOPPING BOARD series. Today we are going to learn how to cut potatoes into cubes.
You can use potato cubes in curries, or you can fry them and serve them as appetizers. There are multiple uses to the potato and the cube cut of the potato refines your daily dish completely to give you a new experience.
Cooking is a skill which all of us strive to learn and at some point have attempted to master this overwhelmingly daunting task.

POTATO, CUBES
Let's start with peeling the potato thoroughly. Place the peeled potato on the chopping board and cut off the curved sides on top and bottom as shown in the video.
Place the potato straight and cut off all the sides of the potato and carve out a rough cube shape, make sure not to excessively cut into the potato.
Slice the rough cube shape into half and then quarter the halves further. Slice the quartered halves into cubes roughly about 1/2 inch size.
Note: Observe the technique of cutting the sides of the potato.
