A classic in your knitting repertoire, the Fisherman's Rib is super easy to make and great to give volume to your knitted project.

Use the needles that the yarn calls for.
I used #4 yarn and #9US (5.5mm) needles.
Repeat from * to *
Use an even number of stitches (2, 4, 6…)
Always knit the first and the last stitch of each row. In ( )
Set up rows:
1.- Knit
2.- knit one, *knit on the stitch below, purl 1* knit last stitch.
All other rows:
(Knit one), *knit on the stitch below, knit one* (knit last stitch).
Finish with a flexible bind off .
