Suji\ semolina 1 cup
Salt to taste
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Ginger 1/2 Tsp
Pepper powder to taste
Chaat masala 1/2 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Water 1/2 cup
Add gradually
Dough form
Grease hands with oil
Grease the fork
Fry until golden brown medium flame
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
