Here’s how I work to increase my punching speed. I’ve been doing this alternating weight drilling for over 14 years and am sure it’s helped me.
Try it out guys. 3lbs weight. 30 seconds with weight 30 without for 2 minutes. Repeat for 3 full rounds.
