Principal Chief Engineer UttamParsekarhad to face the music, while listening to music,at Altinho, Panjim when Congress delegation led by Amit Patkar stormed into his office and questioned him over the negligence of Public Works Department towards Heritage and other Government Buildings. Congress has demanded immediate Structural & Safety Audits and immediate repairs of all Government Departments. This follows the falling of the ceiling in Social Welfare Department.
