Brian Charles Lara from West Indies is currently holding a record of highest individual test score since April 2004. He scored 400* score against England at Antigua Recreation Ground, St. John's. Exactly 10 years before Lara made 375 against same opposition on the very same ground at that time highest individual test score by breaking record of his own countrymen Sir Gary Sobers (365) which was later broke by Australian Matthew Hayden (380) in October 2003 against listless Zimbabwe attack at Iconic WACA Perth which lasted only 35 test matches and 180 days.
