So, having a set of new tires and they're supposed to be good in the medium packed snow, I had to test them out. Plus it's snowy up in Minnesota, and there's not much else to do after shoveling the sidewalks. First, I was hoping there was going to be bunch of snow in the parking lot that I did the swaybar video in. Unfortunately, that had already been plowed, but I still tested some circles to see how the tires handled at the edge and beyond for grip. Next it was time for some deep snow, but what I found was a parking lot with a fairly interesting drift pattern and snow that I could easily drive into even if it seemed a bit too deep. If you look close, the snow as I'm backing up has a green streak, there was no damage to the car but I saw a green residue on the underside of the exhaust, which I suspect might have been a salt or brine mix from the road
Plenty of lessons learned, like the Go Pro magnet stuck pretty good to the roof, I was really worried it was going to come off and I'd run it over somehow.
