Lilium Nymph is an Orienpet (oriental x trumpet) fragrant lily, unique among the lilies of my garden in being the only cinammon scented lily, a true gem for the fragrant garden, even if the scent is not as powerful as the Lilium regale or the Stargazer, the fragrance notes are really uncommon among lily varieties. In addition to the incredible fragrance, the colour is also extremely appealing, pale lemon yellow flushed in the centre of the tepals with dark red-purple. It can grow up to 2 metres tall and therefore might need staking. Hardy down to - 20°C, it is fully hardy throughout the UK and many countries with temperate climate, and will thrive in well drained soil and full sun, but can adapt also to partial shade.
