Today DCS 2.5.4.28090 for Open Beta was released and I just purchased the brand new MiG-19P Farmer by Razbam Simulations.

This a new flyable full fidelity fighter interceptor aircraft that is available for DCS World.

The following footage was recorded on the Through the Inferno server. I previously have flown the MiG-19 for about 5 minutes off line just to get my basic controls set. Unfortunately on the server the MiG-19P is only available for air start and the basic load-out of guns only is the default.

Rather than land to grab some air to air missiles and tanks of fuel, I opt to chase down a few F-5s. After a four minute long dogfight I score some hits on the F-5 and watch it go down. If you look closely it also looks like another friendly aircraft hit it or attempted to hit it with a missile.

The next encounter was with another F-5 on my way home to land. Unfortunately It did not turn out well.
