HALWA POORI CHANA RECIPE
Chane Recipe:
1. Soak the chane in water overnight and boil them.
2. In a kadhai, add 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp jeera/cumin, 1 tsp turmeric/haldi powder and the boiled chane. Mix.
3. Then add
1 tsp red chilli
1 tbsp of dhaniya powder.
Salt to taste
1 tsp Garam Masala
4. Mix well and enjoy!
Sooji Halwa Recipe:
1. In a kadhai, add 1 cup ghee and 1.5 cup sooji. Cook the sooji on low flame while stirring till it turns aromatic and golden brown.
2. Add 1 cup sugar. Quantity of sugar can be adjusted according your taste.
Add 2-3 cups water or according to the consistency you want and keep stirring.
3. Now mix it well and your sooji ka halwa is ready!
