PUGG Series
4 Goals
PUGG goals are set on the 4 sides of a box (size can be altered for technical, fitness or a combination of both). At the end of 4 balls served there needs to be a ball in each PUGG goal. The player must attempt to play to all 4 PUGG goals. This makes the player think of where he/she needs to go and how to prepare his/her body and ball.
Set a number 4, 8, 12 etc. of balls that will be played to the player. Allow the player to pause/recycle after 4.
We use our @pugggoals at most training sessions and they last a long time.
