Ingredients:

5 Potatoes(boiled)
11/2 cups Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Cheese
1 cup Capsicum
1 Onion
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Oil
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
1/2 cup Tomato Ketchup
1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
1 tsp Chilli Flakes
1tsp Red Chilli Powder

Steps:

For Dough Preparation:
=====================
1. Add 1 1/2 cups of Wheat Flour in an Bowl
2. Add 1 tsp Baking Powder & 1 tsp Salt
3. Add 1 tbsp Oil, mix all ingredients well
4. Add Water as required, make dough
5. Knead Dough for 5 minutes
6. Then grease some Oil on top of Dough, rest for 30 minutes Keep it aside.

For Stuffing Preparation:
========================
7. Take a Pan
8. Add 1 medium size Onion fine chopped, saute for 5 minutes
9. Add 1 cup Capsicum fine chopped, saute for 5 minutes
10. Then add 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt as needed
11. Mix all ingredients nicely
12. Now add 5 medium size boiled Potatoes mashed, mix it nicely
13. cook for 2 minutes, then add 1/2 cup Coriander Leaves
14. Now Stuffing is ready

For Tacos Sheets Preparation:
============================
15. Split Dough into 2 Parts, make a medium size ball
16. Now Spread the Dough ball, Sprinkles some Wheat flour on the Dough
17. Spread it large evenly, then take a lid or any bowl
18. place on it dough, cut it into circle shapes
19. Remaining Dough keep for another sheets
20. Now Sheets for cook
21. Take a Tawa
22. Add Dough sheet in Tawa
23. Cook for 3 minutes, flip over another side
24. slightly cook both side of sheets
25. Once cooked both side lightly
26. Transfer in Plate keep it aside
27. Now Tacos Sheets is ready

For Potato Tacos Preparation:
============================
28. Now assemble all ingredients
29. Take tacos Sheets spread some Tomato Ketchup
30. Add some Cheese, 2 tbsp Potato Stuffing & again add few Cheese
31. Add some Chilli Flakes & few Italian Seasoning in one side
32. Fold another side on masala side
33. Now Tacos ready for cook
34. Take a Tawa
35. Add 2 tsp Oil, Place Tacos in Tawa
36. cook until brown color in medium flame
37. Flip over another side, cook until brown color
38. Both sides are cooked well, transfer in ab Plate
39. Delicious Cheese Potato Tacos is ready to serve.
