Why is it so scary to say “I disagree with you on this one.”?

Whatever the reason, maybe it’s due to people pleasing, not wanting to be exhausted by explaining your position, or feeling unconfident in your own opinion, it’s important to learn how to disagree.

It can be as simple as saying “let’s agree to disagree on this.”

If the other person won’t drop it, don’t resort to aggression. Try: “I’m not ready to change my view on this today, so we can talk about something else or I’m going to go take a break.”
