The film is a production of Carl Dudley’s Dudley Pictures Corporation, which was founded in 1944. The opening title card lists this as Vol. 1, No. 1 of Dudley’s “This Land of Ours” series. Dudley later produced a “This World of Ours” series and is also known for producing and directing the 1958 Cinerama feature, “South Seas Adventure.” Dudley preferred that his films be called “travel adventures,” rather than travelogues.
