HOW TO COOK BEEF RIBS SINIGANG
INGREDIENTS
800 g beef ribs
8 cups water
1 tsp iodized salt
3 pcs tomatoes
2 pcs long chili
1 small eggplant
1 small radish
1 small bunch water spinach
1 pc large red onion
2 tbsp fish sauce
5 stalks long beans
45 grams tamarind powder
Procedure:
1. In a pressure cooker combine water and beef ribs . Let it boil and remove the bubbles on top.
2.Add salt . Cover and Cook for 30 minutes.
3. After 30 minutes coll down the pressure cooker before opening the lid.
4.Again bring to boil . Add tomatoes and onion simmer for a minute. Pour fish sauce . And add beef bouillon.
5. Add tamarind powder and simmer for 2 minutes .
6. Add radish cook for a minute and add eggplant , lady finger cook for another 1-2 minutes. Now add the long beans and long green chili . Simmer for 2 minutes.
7. Add water spinach stir and quickly turn off the stove to avoid over cook of vegetables.
8. Transfer to serving plate and serve hot.
