𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗞𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗯 𝗠𝗶𝘅𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲:
Beef or mutton : 500 gram
Fried onion : 2 medium size
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Mint leaves,Coriander leaves,Green chili
Salt : 1 tsp
Crushed red chili : 1 tsp
Coriander powder : 1 tsp
Cumin powder : 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder : 1/4 tsp
Roasted chickpea powder : 1 tbsp
Egg : 1
Grease hands with oil
Make seekh kabab shapes
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗸𝗮𝗯𝗮𝗯:
Oil : 2 tbsp
Fry each side for 1 to 2 minutes
𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 :
Oil : 1 tbsp
Cloves: 4-5 ,Cinnamon: 1
Onion : 2 medium size
Green chili : 3-4
Cashew : 10 to 12
Water : 1 cup
Oil : 1/3 cup
Cinnamon 1
,Bay leaf: 1,
Cardamom: 2-3
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tsp
Fried it for 1 minute
Onion Paste (Mixture)
Salt : 1/2 tsp
White chili : 1 tsp
Cumin powder : 1 tsp
Garam masala powder : 1/4 tsp
Yogurt : 1 cup
Fried kabab
Now cover it and cook it on low flame for 8 to 10 minutes
Fenugreek : 1 tbsp
Cream : 3 tbsp
Boiled water : 1 cup
Now cover it and cook it on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes
Black pepper powder : 1/2 tsp
Coriander and chili
