Dr Julian De Silva MBBS, MD is a London facial cosmetic and plastic surgeon, he is an expert on the latest advances in facial cosmetic surgery and does not perform any body plastic surgery. Dr Julian De Silva performs primary chin implant surgery, small skin scar (12-15mm) and no scar (intra-oral technique), ethnic chin implant surgery and revision chin implant surgery. Dr De Silva customises all implants for each individual patient, sculpting the silicone implant to match each individuals jaw line. In addition Dr De Silva secures each implant to avoid movement of the implant with 2 small titanium screws with extra care.
