What you’re seeing here is an earlier draft of the Mario Kart scene from the Super Mario Bros. Movie dating back from 2018. The style may look reminiscent too Alex Hirsh’s art style but it appears to be from someone else called Kyle Spears. This earlier draft the Kart War shows a Piranha Plant, Thwomp and etc driving the Karts, we can also see Birdo in the storyboard too.
