Here at the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit, our Soldiers like to continually challenge their skills. So to make things fun and advance their marksmanship, they test their limits with some occasional trick shots.
This week's Trick Shot Tuesday features U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Mark Staffen and Sgt. Christian Elliott with the USAMU Shotgun Team. Staffen (of Lewis Center, Ohio) is going to throw up five clay targets. Elliott (of Greenwood, Indiana) is going to hit them all before they hit the ground, with the shotgun over his head. It happens fast so you may need to replay it!
Obviously, this is not something to try at home. The USAMU Soldiers have had countless hours of practice on their shotguns and shoot at the international level. We just thought you all might like to see what all that practice can lead to: flow, accuracy and even a little fun.
