Today, the Bulgarian Prime Minister Kiril Petkov attended the celebration on the mountain peak Shipka, where gathered citizens booed him and demanded his resignation, and after his address he was shot with snowballs. Petkov was greeted by chants of "Traitors" and "NATO out" by gathered citizens, who traditionally visited Shipka peak in large numbers this year as well. Numerous Bulgarian and Russian flags could also be seen at the event.
