Residents of Wichita Falls have been especially hard hit by the drought. When their only water supply could no longer keep up with demand, they turned to extreme conservation measures and began the long process to reuse waste water. Panhandle PBS’ Ellen Robertson Green sat down for a one-on-one conversation with the Mayor, Glenn Barham who says his community will look to state lawmakers for long term solutions.
