Anyone familiar with the Fokker F27 Friendship (which has been in service in New Zealand for over 40 years) will immediately recognise the high-pitched whine of the two Rolls Royce Dart engines, as you'll hear on this video. The is one of two F27-500s still in service with Airwork Ltd in New Zealand (as at September 2013).
The aircraft is show taxiing and then taking off at Blenheim Airport in the province of Marlborough, New Zealand.
