🍀Ingredients
* 200 gm powdered sugar
* 200 gm ghee
* 200 gm maida
* 50 gm gram flour
* 5 gm suji
(used weighing machine for accuracy.. You can use the cup measurements)
*1 tsp cardamom powder
*1 tsp baking powder
* chopped pistachios

🍀Steps
* Combine ghee and sugar, mix well until sugars dissolves and mixture turns fluffy.
* Add maida, besan, suji, cardamom powder and baking powder to the above mixture and knead to a soft dough.
* Cover the dough and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
* Divide the dough, roll into balls, press with ur palms, arrange on a greased baking tray, place pistachios on top of each and keep aside for another 15 minutes.
* Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes. It could be baked in Kadai, gas tandoor too.
*Remove the tray from oven and let it cool. Store it in an airtight container.
