As you may have heard me speak about in the past, Z-Man launched the Finesse BulletZ Weedless jigheads at ICAST 2018. I have been meaning to test these jigs out for sometime now and finally got around to it the other day. I paired this jig up with a Z-Man TRD HogZ and it looked great.

The main question I had was what the hookup ratio would be like due to the small hook. As you will see in this video, it doesn't seem to be a problem at all... In fact, the bass I caught were all hooked very well!

This was a typical day of early spring bass fishing. It was a tough bite all morning but as the sun came up, I found the right water and was able to manage several fish. There were a lot of submerged weed beds in this lake so the Finesse BulletZ was the ticket!
