It is low-carb and full of healthy fats and fat-burning ingredients you will love!
For the crust:
Almond Flour 144 gm ( 1 1/2 cups)
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
70 gm melted butter ( 1/4 cup)
50gm low carb sugar (1/4 cup)
Chocolate Filling:
200ml cream ( 1 cup)
1 teaspoon vanilla
50gm Lindt 90% dark chocolate ( half a bar)
100 gm low carb sugar (1/2 cup)
1/4 teaspoon salt
Topping: optional sugar free chocolate sprinkles
Method:
Heat oven 180/350F. Add cocoa powder, sugar, melted butter to almond flour and combine well. Transfer to pie plate and spread the dough out evenly. Bake for 10-12 mins, set aside to cool down completely.
In a bowl, add cream, sugar and vanilla beat until form soft peaks. Add in melted chocolate and salt and beat for another 30 seconds. Pour filling into pie crust and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or overnight. Serve & enjoy :)
