Why we need to upgrade all our oracle databases running version (11.2.0.4, 12.1.0.2, 12.2.0.1 and 12.2.0.2 to 12.2.0.3(19c). Because Oracle 19c has comes up with extended premier support till 2027. The previous releases going to be end soon by the oracle support and also the 20c version oracle has been release and it has deprecated and de-supported the Non-CDB databases.
