September 19, 2023 marked the 50th anniversary of the passing of musician Gram Parsons. Here's a short video, featuring Pamela Des Barres and video I shot of the room at the Joshua Tree Inn where Gram died in 1973 and Cap Rock in Joshua Tree National Park, where his friend and road manager Phil Kaufman tried to cremate his body.
