As a Zumba® and dance fitness instructor I know how time-consuming learning new routines for classes can be but also how important it is to keep your playlists fresh! As a participant, learning routines quickly helps you to get a better workout and give you a sense of positivity and accomplishment!
In most of my projects there is little to no non-verbal cueing used because the YouTube community has the benefit of being able to watch the video multiple times to master the routine. I save my non-verbal cueing for my live and virtual classes!
