In this video I go over my 6 favorite vagus nerve reset hacks that I use especially for my bad stress, brain fog, racing heart, and anxiety days.
Now, there are actually more exercises you can do that I did not list, but these are the ones that are easiest and work the best for me. Feel free to go searching for more if these aren't enough for you.
Because our chronic illness has us in a constant state of "fight or flight", we must try to calm down by recruiting our parasympathetic nervous system. The easiest way to do this is to stimulate the vagus nerve.
