A lot of audiophiles worry about power delivery only when it applies to the last 6 feet via a power cord.

Some may use power conditioners with limited success. Others claim to be off the grid via batteries, but inverters in those devices add noise, can't power amps and often aren't isolating the gear from each other... among many other issues with batteries degrading and inconsistency.

Nevertheless, many find focusing on the last 6 feet worthwhile.

This video deals with power delivery on the other side of the wall where you could argue it's much more important... not just for performance... but for safety and reliability.

Nothing will guarantee an improvement since everybody's situation and gear is different. However there's a great case to be made for exploring things up to your breaker, dedicated lines and proper grounding to ensure optimal performance and safety before you even turn on gear.
