In this video, we will go over three drills to go from 0 leg tuck to 1 leg tuck. Common problems people have are lack of Muscular Strength in the Upper Body, Core Strength, and Flexibility. These drills will help you pass the Leg Tuck. I have used them with my Soldiers and they have proven to help numerous individuals. If you put in the work, you will see great success!
