Roger Olofsson Bagge, MD, PhD, Gothenburg University, Gothenburg, Sweden, provides an overview of the Phase I SCANDIUM 2 trial (NCT04463368) of isolated hepatic perfusion (IHP) with ipilimumab and nivolumab every third week in patients with liver-dominant metastatic uveal melanoma. The primary endpoint of the study was to assess the incidence and severity of adverse events, and the therapeutic combination had a manageable toxicity profile, with promising efficacy additionally reported.
