For today's video ,i will share How to cook Garlic Flavored Roast Beef topped with special mushroom gravy sauce. Using a right kind of meat and temperature will help to attained super tender and juicy Roast Beef. So watch this video from start to end and enjoy!
Ingredients:
.1.5 kg beef cube roll ( you can use beef topside,beef striploin or tenderloin)
.4 cloves tin slices of garlic
.1 tbs cooking oil for basting
salt and pepper to taste
cooking time 2 hrs 6 min (well done)
cooking temp. oven 180°C / 350°F
For Gravy:
.250 gr butter
.250 gr all purpose flour
.1 bay leaf
.5 cups beef stock
.1 tsp beef powder
.1 tsp garlic powder
.1 tbs soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup button mushroom fresh or in tin
