Billy Porter is an Emmy, Tony and Grammy Award-winning, and Golden Globe-nominated, actor, singer, director, composer, author and playwright from Pittsburgh. In addition to his success as an actor, he has released several singles and albums as a recording artist and led acclaimed productions as a director. He received an Honorary Doctor of Fine Arts and was the keynote speaker at the Carnegie Mellon University Undergrad Commencement Ceremony on May 15, 2022.
