Eversion with Theraband (Evr with TB)
Loop the theraband around the outside of your foot on the affected ankle. Gently pull your foot inward with the theraband, then place your opposite foot on the band to hold this angle of resistance. Pull your foot outward against the resistance, then very slowly allow your foot to return to inward position. Repeat as directed.
Make sure to move only from your ankle. Keep your knee pointed toward the ceiling throughout this movement.
