5 red flags to look for when buying a home!
1. Cracks in the foundation.
Although it is natural for cracks to appear when a house begins to settle, large cracks can be an indication that there is an issue with the foundation.
2.Water stains on walls or ceilings.
Water stains can indicate an active or previous leak in the home.
3. External roof damage.
This is a sign that the roof may need repair or replacement.
4.Condensation in windows.
This will indicate that the window seal is broken.
5. Sloping floors.
Sloping floors can indicate settling of a house or issues with the foundation.
