To put it simply, its A Pussers Painkiller Cocktail, just riffed up into a Martini Glass. But i promise you, If you try it, you won't be disappointed! This Pussers Rum Cocktail deserves to be an all time classic!

60ml Pineapple Juice
30ml Orange Juice
30ml Cream of Coconut
