Yes, it is the same clear time as the 13.1 clear I recorded. However, that clear has some variance. Sometimes, for a seemingly random reason, some of the tick numbers from the pet won't align well enough to reach certain kill thresholds on certain camps. Some good examples of this are on the Raptors. For both clears, you can get away with only two autos. If your pet decides to be a lazy bum though, the big Raptor might reset before it dies, screwing you over. Adding the third auto ensures it dies. Rinse and repeat for the additional auto on the Gromp and the Red.
Despite adding multiple extra autos, final clear speed is still somewhat similar due to an optimization I made on clearing the Blue buff and Gromp, as well as Gromp HP getting lowered.
On the Gromp, it initially appears that finishing it off with auto → E → W seems faster than the E → auto → W that I did. However, if you cancel the animations with auto → E, you have to pause a moment before leaving Gromp's leash range so it doesn't reset mid-W anyways, which ends up at about the same time. Using E earlier makes it available sooner as well, and otherwise you have to wait at the Wolves for your E to come off cooldown before using the first W, losing any time gains made.
If your Blue is resetting, make sure the W goes for the full length. Don't cancel W early like I did in previous clears.
