A chapter by chapter analysis of the key ideas of Volume 1 of the Second Sex. In another episode of Read and Discuss with me, we talk about the highly influential 'Second Sex' by Simone de Beauvoir, which is considered a fundamental feminist text, and is one of the foundations of second wave feminism. I know lately these videos have not been 15 minutes, but I still try to be as concise and simple as possible, to make these classics more acessible and understandable.
