Here in this video I'll show you a simple test to see if the C-41 developer and blix you have is still good. This test is really helpful if you had prepared a solution that was barely used but store properly and not used in a while.

While this is not a 100% foolproof, you should still develop a roll to see if there is any sort of color shifts on the negative.

The chemical I've is from Unicolor C-41 kit which I had purchase from Pursuit Supply back in late October 2019. This kit was prepared back in November and I had developer only 6-7 rolls in it. Since the pandemic in March 2020 I haven't shot much and this chemical has been stored in my refrigerator with all air squeezed out from the bottle.
