Izzy begins by making you focus and control your breathing. Then you begin with very small movements. Gradually increase until your whole body is in motion. We then retreat, first to work on your hands then your breathing and meditation. Namaste. Remember to be safe during your exercise. Modify the exercises to your own abilities. And be sure to stay hydrated.
