Solutions:
1. Acknowledge there's a problem
- you have to admit that you might not be that great at expressing what you feel
2. Become emotionally literate
- use an emotional thesaurus, emojis when texting, a feeling wheel, get a feeling journal
-Switch to "I" language. Take back ownership and responsibility of your feelings.
3. Spend time with your feelings
- ask yourself "what am I feeling right now?" every day for 30 days.
- Write it down in your feeling journal, be as precise as possible
4. Practice a lot!
- don't give up when you feel stuck
-it takes practice, but its part of our human nature - you WILL get good at it.
